This writ petition, filed in the year 2005 seeking for a direction to be given to the second respondent to re-consider the application preferred by the petitioner and to give NOC under the relevant provisions of the Explosives Rules, came up for admission for the first time on 04.03.2005 and it was ordered to be posted when moved again.
The writ petition is dismissed accordingly, which, however will not stand in the way of the petitioner in applying for licence in respect of the current or future years, if otherwise eligible in accordance with law.
