The petitioner has approached this court with the following
prayers:
“i) issue a writ of mandamus or appropriate writ direction or order directing the respondents 1 and 2 to pay the balance bill amount payable to him as in Exhibit P4 with interest at the rate of 18% per annum from the date of completion of the work ii) issue a writ of mandamus or appropriate order directing the 1st respondent to dispose Exhibit P5 on merit;
iii. Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court shall deem just in the facts and circumstances of the case.

appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the cause of action projected in the writ petition, since no further steps were taken to bring up the matter. Today, when the matter is taken up, there is no representation. The writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
