Aggrieved by Ext.P1 orders of penalty issued to the petitioners, they have filed Ext.P2 appeals accompanied by Ext.P3 stay petitions, which are pending before the 2nd respondent. However, appending recovery proceedings pursuant to Ext.P1, the petitioners have filed these writ petitions.
Petitioners shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of these writ petitions before the 2nd respondent for compliance.
