Aggrieved by Ext.P3 appellate order confirming Ext.P2, the petitioner has filed Ext.P4 appeal before the Tribunal. Along with the appeal the petitioner has also filed Ext.P4(a) stay petition. The appeal and stay petition are pending. In the meanwhile Ext.P5 demand notice has been issued. That lead the petitioner to file this writ petition.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
