For construction of a dormitory under the Social Forestry Scheme of the Wild Life Department of the Government of Kerala, at Kallikkad, the petitioner's wife parted with 5¼ cents of land belonging to her as per the agreement between the 1^st respondent and the petitioner's wife. For the land, the petitioner's wife was given an amount of ` 22,000/- and it was agreed that the petitioner would be appointed as a temporary Watcher in the said dormitory. Pursuant to the same, the petitioner was appointed as a temporary Watcher in 1993. The petitioner seeks regularisation in service. Seeking this relief, the petitioner has filed Ext.P2 representation before the 3^rd respondent. The petitioner seeks a direction to the 3^rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the same expeditiously.

Having heard the learned Government Pleader also, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the 3^rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
