JUDGMENT
Standing Counsel for the University submits that as modified by the Division Bench in writ appeal, the judgment has been fully complied with. Counsel for the petitioners submits that, although, the rights of the petitioners have been protected by the Division Bench decision, still the petitioners have not yet been appointed and the contempt case may be closed without prejudice to their right to approach this court again, if necessity arises, in so far as they apprehend further temporary appointments contrary to the directions of this Court.
