This writ petition comes up in the defects list today. The defect is that notice has not been served on the respondents and therefore service is not complete. The matter was posted before the Registrar (Judicial) on 12.12.2011 for defects. On that day, there was no representation before the Registrar (Judicial). That is why the matter is posted before this Court today.
When the matter was taken up today, none appears for the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
