JUDGMENT
The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging Ext.P12 order of the Government directing the Secretary of the Kakkodi Grama Panchayat to take steps to demolish certain portion of the petitioner's building, which the petitioner has allegedly constructed in violation of the permit issued to him and Ext.P13 notice issued by the Secretary of the Panchayat to the petitioner to demolish the building as per the direction of the Government.
Permission is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the above liberty.
