Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the Board.

Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has filed an objection to Ext. P6 Estimate given by the respondents which is still pending before the authorities concerned. The petitioner has paid the estimated amount under protest.

Therefore, respondent shall pass an appropriate order on Ext. P7 representation within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. I have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
