J U D G M E N T

Petitioner completed B.Tech from a college recognised by the respondent. He failed in two papers of the 5^th semester, viz., Electromagnetic Theory and Digital System

Design . He again appeared in the examination held in November, 2010. In this writ petition, what he seeks is an early declaration of results and submits that if the results are delayed, it might affect his employment.

Standing Counsel for the respondent University submits that the valuation has already been started on 31-012011 and that there are more than 40000 answer papers to be valued. It is submitted that the University expects to declare the results by the end of April, 2011.

Having regard to the fact that the University has already started the process of valuation, all that is required is that the University should expeditiously complete the valuation
