J U D G M E N T
This writ petition is filed challenging Ext. P4 invoice demanding `. 6,26,531/- towards electricity charges for the month of August, 2004. It is submitted that the petitioner has paid 50% of demanded amount in pursuance to the interim order passed by this Court on 04/10/2004. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to pay the balance amount, if suitable instalment is granted. Accordingly, I direct that the amount shall be paid in six equal monthly instalments. The writ petition is closed with aforesaid direction.
