JUDGMENT
The petitioner wants himself to be declared as a person belonging to the Scheduled Caste.
Court on 19-01-2011, the following interim order was passed.
“Notice.
There will be an interim order directing the 2nd respondent to issue a Scheduled Caste Certificate tot he petitioner showing his caste as 'Perumannan'. It is made clear that the certificate and any benefit which enjoyed by the petitioner on that basis, will be provisional and subject to the result of the Writ Petition.”
