JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following

prayers:

i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction thereby direct the 4^th respondent to consider Ext.P5 request of the petitioner and effect the mutation of the property in respect of Ext.P1 property in the name of petitioner and other children of late Krishna Swami Reddiar.

ii) Grant such other relieves which are just and necessary in the interest of justice.

Heard the learned Govt. Pleader as well.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no fact adjudication is necessary and that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is given to the 4^th respondent to consider Ext.P5 and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, within a reasonable time.

In the above circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 4^th respondent to consider Ext.P5 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, if still pending, which shall be done as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within 'six weeks' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
