Petitioner has approached this Court seeking for a direction to be given to the respondents to draw pipe lines from the public tap, in accordance with the resolution passed by the third respondent/Grama Panchayat so as to facilitate water supply. Petitioner has already approached the second respondent by filing Ext.P3 representation for redressal of the grievance which is still to be acted upon.
