This Review Petition is filed by the third respondent in W.P.(C) No.28444/2009, seeking review of the order dated 04.11.2011. By the said order, this Court directed the fifth respondent in the writ petition not to release an amount of 13 lakhs to the review petitioner herein. The said amount was ordered on the basis of the averment that only 13 lakhs is due to the review petitioner from the writ petitioner. However, in the Review Petition it is now pointed out that an amount of `20,36,603/- is due.
