The petitioners are aggrieved by the order in I.A. No. 1376 of 2010 in O.P. No. 610 of 2010 of Family Court, Nedumangad. It is stated that an application for issue of certified copy of the order was made by the petitioners. The copy of the order is not received so far. It is submitted that the order was passed on 17.12.2010 and even now, copy of the order is not received.

The petitioners have also prayed for a direction to the respondents not to alienate the property in respect of which the attachment was sought for before the Family Court. We do not think that such a prayer in the Writ Petition can be entertained. However, the grievance of the petitioners that copy was not issued requires redressal.

Accordingly the O.P.(F.C.) is disposed of directing the Family Court, Nedumangadu to issue a certified copy of the order in I.A. No. 1376 of 2010 in O.P. No. 610 of 2010 expeditiously, and at any rate, within a period of ten days.
