JUDGMENT
Since the Writ Petitions arise out of the common order,
they are being considered together and disposed of by this common judgment.

applications. The petitioners cannot have any grievance in respect of the same. However, the petitioners were directed to pay costs of ` 1,000/- each. They are aggrieved by that portion of the order. Though the court below thought that the applications are liable to be dismissed on the ground of delay, in the interest of justice, the court below allowed the applications on payment of cost. There is no jurisdictional error or error of law or manifest injustice warranting interference under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
The Original Petitions are disposed of as above.
