JUDGMENT
The petitioner is the 5th plaintiff in O.S.No.474 of
2009 on the file of the Court of Munsiff of Attingal. The respondent is the first defendant in the suit. The suit is for partition. It is submitted that the other defendants support the plaintiffs.
Attingal to dispose of the suit expeditiously.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Original Petition is disposed of directing the learned Munsiff of Attingal to make every effort to dispose of O.S.No.474 of 2009 as expeditiously as possible giving priority to the case in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case.
