JUDGMENT
The petitioner is the decree holder in Arbitration Case
Nos.120/2006-2007 and 118/2006-07. The petitioner filed E.P.Nos.13 of 2008 and 14 of 2008 on the file of the court of the District Judge, Thalassery to execute the award. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Execution Petitions are not disposed of.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be a direction to the District Court, Thalassery to dispose of E.P.Nos.13 of 2008 and 14 of 2008, as expeditiously as possible.
