We are not inclined to entertain this appeal which pertains to acquisition of land in Nedumpana Village for the purpose of Nallila Minor Distributory pursuant to Section 4(1) notification published on 26/8/1986. The Land Acquisition Officer awarded land value at the rate of Rs.5,459/- per Are. The Reference Court on the basis of the evidence adduced by the claimant refixed the same by granting Rs.3,275/-.
