Perused the report of the learned Ombudsman. We are satisfied that the work is of a necessary nature. Though the 2008 schedule of rates is made as the basis of the estimate, we are sure that the Board should have an idea, for itself, of a projected estimate, to ascertain the probable PAC. Sanction accorded as sought for and the application is ordered accordingly.
