We treat this matter as confining only to the issue of enhancement of the parking fees for the two wheelers, three wheelers, four wheelers, buses etc. in Chottanikkara. The indication of the learned Ombudsman that the enhancement of rates is on the higher side and may amount to exploitation of the devotees, particularly during the Mandala-Makaravilakku seasons, is a matter that should gain immediate attention of the Board. We, therefore, direct the Secretary, CDB to place the report of the learned Ombudsman in relation to this issue for the attention of the Board at the earliest and the Board will take final decision in that matter, without fail,
