JUDGMENT
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after
filing the Contempt petition, the petitioner has been served with a copy of the order dated 05.09.2011 passed by the appellate authority [Deputy Commissioner(Appeals), Commercial Taxes, Kollam] in compliance with the verdict passed by this Court. In the said circumstance the learned counsel submits that the Contempt Petition is not pressed. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as not pressed.
