JUDGMENT
The allegation of the petitioner is that the respondent wilfully and deliberately did not comply with the directions contained in the judgment. It is submitted that after the Contempt of Court Case was filed, Annexure X order dated 20.12.2010 was received by the petitioner. The petitioner has challenged that order subsequently. Therefore, the Contempt of Court Case has practically become infructuous. Accordingly, the Contempt of Court Case is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge Annexure X order.
