Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a Government Order was issued later and though the petitioner was not fully satisfied with that Government Order, to avoid any inconvenience to the students, that order was complied with. It is, therefore, submitted that this Contempt of Court Case is not pressed.
Accordingly, the Contempt of Court Case is dismissed as not pressed.
