JUDGMENT
The petitioner alleges that the respondent did not pass
an order in compliance with the judgment dated 12th October, 2010 and thereby he deliberately and willfully violated the judgment of this Court in W.P.(C) No.21717 of 2010.
The learned Government Pleader submitted that the respondent passed an order dated 17.5.2011 and therefore he is not guilty for the contempt. A copy of the order passed by the respondent is served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the fact that the respondent has passed an order, it is not necessary to proceed with the Contempt Case. The Contempt Case is accordingly closed.
