J U D G M E N T

By judgment dated 24.9.2010 in WP(c).No.29443/2010, this court directed the respondents to consider the application made by the petitioner for correction of his date of birth. It is alleging that the judgment has not been complied with this contempt petition has been filed.

Standing counsel appearing for respondents on instructions submits that the request of the petitioner for correction of the date of birth has been considered and was allowed. It is also submitted that on 10.3.2011 fresh mark statement has been furnished to the petitioner with the corrected date of birth. Further, it is also submitted that the pass certificate with the corrected date of birth has been sent to the Controller of Examinations of the CBSE and that the same will also be sent to the petitioner once the Controller affixed his signature on the pass certificate.

In the light of the submissions made, I do not think that the respondents are guilty of any willful disobedience of the
