The petitioner complains of non compliance with Annexure 1 Judgment, which has been confirmed by the Division Bench in Annexure 3 judgment. But both sides now agree that a special leave petition is pending before the Supreme Court, in which, there is a stay of contempt proceedings. In the above circumstances, this contempt case is closed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to seek restoration of this contempt case, if necessary, as and when the interim order is vacated or the appeal is finally decided.
