J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has filed this writ petition complaining that DCRG due to the petitioner has not been disbursed, although he retired on 31.3.2009. On 22.11.2010, the learned Government Pleader submitted that DCRG due to the petitioner has been disbursed on 20.10.2010. The petitioner now admits that the same has been disbursed. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. If the petitioner has any right to receive interest, the petitioner may claim it in appropriate proceedings.
