JUDGMENT
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking implementation of the directions in Ext.P4 judgment in W.P.(C) No.18678/2004. Ext.P4 judgment has been reviewed by the learned Judge, who passed that judgment, in R.P.No.1263/2008 by order dated 1.11.2010 and therefore there is no judgment to be implemented. That being so, the petitioner can now only again prosecute W.P.(C)No.18678/2004. Without prejudice to that right, this writ petition is closed.
