I.A.2207/2010 with the prayer to close this Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner. It is stated therein that during the pendency of the writ petition, the first respondent has issued Ext.P5 order dated 28.1.2010 and pursuant to Ext.P5 a situation has arisen in which the same post is being held by the petitioner and the 4th respondent. In view of the subsequent developments, the petitioner prays that this writ petition may be closed with the liberty to approach this court , if so advised, and also to keep all the contentions left open.
The counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 and also 4th respondent did not object to it. In this circumstances this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to move this court again if so advised. In the circumstances all the contentions of the parties are left open.
