This Court, as per judgment dated 6.10.2009 in W.P.(C) No. 27966 of 2009, had directed the second respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 representation therein within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment. This Contempt Case is filed alleging that the direction contained in the said judgment has not been complied with.
