J U D G M E N T
Prayer sought in this writ petition is to quash Ext.P6, an order passed by the first respondent, directing that caste certificate will be issued to the petitioner certifying that the petitioner is Thiyya for claiming benefits meant for Other Backward Community. This order was issued as early as on 22-06-2001. Challenging this order, petitioner had filed OP.No.21685/2001 and that OP was disposed of by Ext.P7 judgment relegating the petitioner to seek appellate remedies. It is seen from Ext.P7(a) order, that subsequently the petitioner got the time for filing an appeal enlarged by filing IA.No.10600/07. It is thereafter that this writ petition is filed again challenging Ext.P6 order.
