Prayer sought in the writ petition is for a direction to the 3^rd respondent to consider Ext.P7, where the petitioner has sought rectification of the survey records. According to the learned Government Pleader, the competent authority to consider the application is the 2^nd respondent. Taking note of the above, I direct that the petitioner will produce a copy of this judgment and copy of the writ petition before the 2^nd respondent, who there upon shall consider Ext.P7 in the writ petition, as an application made for the purpose. This shall be done by the 2^nd respondent as expeditiously as possible at any rate within 8 weeks thereafter.
