Sri.V.V.Nandagopal Nambiar, the learned standing counsel appearing for the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation submitted that orders have been issued on 18.11.2010 permitting the petitioner to continue in the Vellanad unit, after cancelling the order of transfer to Payyannur. In the light of the said development, the petitioner cannot have any subsisting grievance. The writ petition is accordingly closed as infructuous, recording the above submission.
