J U D G M E N T
The petitioner and the 3rd respondent have come to an amicable settlement in respect of the issue involved in this writ petition by handing over the original certificates, records and the transfer certificate of the petitioner to the counsel for the petitioner today in court, and counsel acknowledges having received the same. He also submits that in the above circumstances, the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
