The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking the following reliefs:
i) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing respondents 9 to 12 to afford adequate police protection to the petitioner's unit of the company and its officers, workers, building, plant, machinery and the vehicles and for the smooth functioning the day to day work of the factory and also officials of the government officers.
ii) to issue a declaration that the petitioner company has the right to shift the working arrangement and employee to any department, section or units owned by the management.

iii) to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate direction or order, directing respondents 9 to 12 to consider and take appropriate action on Exts.P1 and P4 petition and afford necessary and adequate protection to the petitioner company, its workers.
