The petitioner has approached this Court complaining harassment by the police.
submits that a private complaint was filed by the 5th respondent against the petitioner before the J.F.C.M., Irinjalakuda, which was referred to the police. The police investigated the case and a refer report was filed. Yet another complaint was filed by the 5th respondent. A crime was filed, investigation was conducted and the petitioner was called to the police station. Finally it was found that the complaint is false and a refer report was filed.
