JUDGMENT
The petitioner is a resident Kavarathy in the Union Territory of Lakshadweep. An extent of 330 sq. meter of land belonging to the petitioner was acquired for the purpose of construction of a road from Aulakadiyapada to Thiruvathappalli.
The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
