This writ petition is filed by the petitioner raising a

grievance that passes are not being issued by the forest authorities to cut and remove the trees purchased by the petitioner from a Tea Estate in Elappara. The petitioner has filed Ext.P5 application before the additional third respondent in this regard. For the present, the petitioner would be satisfied with a direction to the additional third respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 expeditiously.

I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.

In the facts an circumstances of the case, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the additional third respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after affording an opportunity of
