When the matter was taken up for consideration on 11.03.2010, there was no representation for the petitioner. The same was the situation, when it was posted on 22.03.2010 also. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default.
