This writ appeal arises out of an interim order dated 14th
October, 2010 in I.A.No.14188 of 2010 in I.A.No.13005 of 2010 in W.P.(C) No.24053 of 2009. By the order under appeal, a learned Judge
of this Court declined to vacate the interim order granted earlier in the above mentioned writ petition.
under appeal. However, having regard to the nature of the writ petition, we deem it appropriate to direct the Registry to list the writ petition itself for hearing next week before the appropriate Court in accordance with the roster.
The writ appeal is accordingly disposed of at the admission
stage.
