Heard learned counsel for the review petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the Electricity Board and the learned Government Pleader.
Having regard to the submission that it was on a mistake that the writ petition was got dismissed, I feel it is only appropriate that the petitioner will be given an opportunity to contest the matter on merits. For that reason I recall the judgment dated 15/06/2009 in WP(C) No.6409/2009 dismissing the writ petition as not pressed.
Post the writ petition before appropriate Court.
