Eventhough serious objections are raised assailing the impugned judgment and Smt.R.Bindu, learned Government Pleader, addressed arguments on the basis of those grounds, we are not persuaded to admit this appeal. The property was in Mavoor village. It was relying on Exhibit-A1 document that the court below refixed the market value of the land in question. Having gone through the impugned judgment, we do not think that the same warrants interference. The appeal is dismissed.
