JUDGMENT
As per the judgment dated 7.9.2009, this Court directed the first respondent to consider Ext.P6 and pass orders thereon. This C.O.C has been filed alleging non-compliance with the aforesaid direction. When the matter was taken up for admission, the learned Government Pleader furnished a copy of the order in G.O(RT)459/10/LGD dated 9.2.2010. The said order revealed that the direction in the judgment dated 7.9.2009 has been complied with, and, in fact order favourable to the petitioner has been passed. In the circumstances, the Contempt Case is closed.
