JUDGMENT
It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the Judgment has been complied with and connection itself has been granted on 30.11.2010. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is inordinate delay and seeks costs. The Judgment has been complied with, though with delay. According to the learned counsel for the respondent, there were reasons which resulted in the delay. I am not inclined to grant any costs. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent that the Judgment has been complied with, the Contempt of Court Case is dropped.
