In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C., the petitioner, who is accused No.5 in Crime No.349/2010 of Puthukkad Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148 and 506(ii) read with Section 149 I.P.C. and Sections 4 and 5 of the Explosive Substance Act., seeks his enlargement on bail. The petitioner was arrested on 3.11.2010.
