ORDER
In this petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioner
seek anticipatory bail on the allegation that he is sought to be arrested by Kottarakkara police in connection with Crime No.90 of 2010 registered for offences punishable under Sections 406
and 418 I.P.C.
case including the grave offences involved, the nature of injuries sustained, the weapons used etc. anticipatory bail cannot be granted to the petitioner. There is no reason why he should not approach the Magistrate concerned and seek regular bail after his arrest.
This Petition is accordingly dismissed.
