JUDGMENT
The petitioner seeks relief in relation to delay or denial of disbursement of benefits of Earned Leave surrender. The employer KSRTC was earlier proceeded against before this court and the Lok Ayuktha on different issues and directions were issued even by this court. As a consequence, the KSRTC has issued order No.LR8/02 3330/97 dated 15.9.2007 through its Labour Section. That decision of the Corporation contains the issue of management of release of leave surrender benefits. It is directed that the case of the petitioner would also stand covered by that order and amounts would be released appropriately in accordance with that order. If such release is already over due, all such amounts shall be released within a period of 45 days from today.
