Implementation of Exhibit P5 is what is sought for in this writ

petition. Exhibit P5 is an order passed by the first respondent, directing respondents 3 and 4 to ensure that drinking water is made available from Vettom Cherpu TMC Drinking Water Scheme to the petitioner and others, who are covered by said order.

Despite service of notice, there is no appearance on behalf of respondents 3 and 4. Counsel appearing for the Panchayat submits that it is for the 3^rd respondent to implement Exhibit P5. From Exhibit P5 also, it is evident that respondents 3 and 4 are to implement the order.

Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 3 and 4 to implement Exhibit P5, an order passed by the District Collector to the above effect. This shall be done as expeditiously as possible . It is directed that if the petitioner has any complaint regarding the implementation of Exhibit P5, it will be open to the petitioner to move the first respondent, in which case, needful shall be done by the first respondent.
